This is a blank template. It is the same wording Michael Davitt GAC and Belfast Royal Academy have already signed — only the details specific to your site are left blank. Nothing is binding until both sides sign. Take it to your committee, mark it up, and tell us what you want changed. This note does not print.

Car Park Licence Agreement

[Club / church / school name and site]

Date:   20

Parties

(1) ParkEasy Apps Ltd, company number NI742027, registered in Northern Ireland (“ParkEasy”); and

(2) [full name and address of the organisation] (“the Club”).

1. The Spaces

marked parking spaces in the car park at [site] (“the Spaces”). Vehicle access is via [entrance]. The Club will confirm which bays are let under this agreement, and photographs of the car park and the entrance provided by the Club form part of this agreement.

2. Term and termination

This agreement runs from the date of signature until ended by either party. There is no minimum term and no lock-in. Either party may end it at any time on written notice. ParkEasy will honour or refund in full any booking already confirmed.

3. Availability, and the Club’s right to block out dates

The Spaces are available [hours]. The gates are opened at   and locked at  . ParkEasy will not offer the Spaces for booking outside these hours.

The Club may block out any date or dates at any time, for any reason and with no notice period. The Club’s own fixtures, training, underage activity and club events come first, and nothing in this agreement obliges the Club to make the Spaces available on any particular day. A blocked date is removed from sale in the ParkEasy app immediately; any booking already taken for that date is cancelled and refunded in full by ParkEasy at ParkEasy’s cost, not the Club’s. The Club may also pause the listing entirely at any time.

4. Site rules

Drivers must park only in the marked Spaces. Drivers must not park on or drive onto any pitch or playing surface, must not block any gate, access route or emergency exit, and must not access any other part of the grounds or any club building. ParkEasy will display these rules on the listing and repeat them in every booking confirmation.

5. Vehicles remaining after closing

A vehicle remaining after   will be locked in overnight with no access. A fee of £  applies. ParkEasy will collect this fee and pay 85% of it to the Club, retaining 15% on the same basis as clause 7. If a booking is cancelled in time and the vehicle is never left in, no fee is charged and nothing is retained.

6. Price

£  per vehicle per [day / session], set by the Club. The Club may change the price at any time on notice to ParkEasy, taking effect for bookings made after the change.

7. Payment and revenue share

Drivers pay in advance through the ParkEasy platform. The Club receives 85% of all sums paid. ParkEasy retains 15%, which covers card processing and platform costs. Payment is made weekly by bank transfer to the account the Club provides through Stripe. No cash is taken on site.

8. Fees

There are no listing fees, setup fees or subscription fees of any kind. The 15% at clause 7 is ParkEasy’s only charge.

9. Liability

Vehicles are parked at their owner’s risk. The Club accepts no liability for damage to, theft of, or loss from any vehicle, or for any loss caused by a third party. ParkEasy will state this on the listing and in the driver booking terms, and will require every driver to accept it before booking.

10. Insurance

ParkEasy holds public liability insurance to a limit of £1,000,000 (Simply Business, policy HIPR5668593XB, in force 24 July 2026 to 23 July 2027). A certificate will be provided to the Club. The Club maintains its own insurance in respect of the grounds. Each party is responsible for notifying its own insurers of this arrangement.

11. Nature of this agreement

This agreement grants a licence only. It creates no lease or tenancy, confers no exclusive possession, and gives ParkEasy or any driver no estate or interest in the grounds. The Club retains full control of the grounds and may close them in an emergency, in which case ParkEasy will refund affected bookings in full.

12. Data protection

Each party is an independent controller of the personal data it holds. ParkEasy holds driver data and shares only what the Club needs to manage the car park — for each booking, the vehicle registration and the date it is booked for.

13. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
