Most club car parks sit empty six days a week. ParkEasy lets drivers book and pay for a space before they travel — you set the price and the hours, and you keep 85% of every booking. It costs nothing to list.
Talk to us about listing See what it could raiseDrag the sliders. This is an estimate, not a quote — real income depends on how often your spaces actually sell.
Assumes every space sells every time you open, 52 weeks a year — so treat it as a ceiling, not a forecast. A club opening 20 spaces for two matchdays a week at £5 is the middle of the range we'd expect.
ParkEasy carries £1,000,000 of public liability insurance (Simply Business, policy HIPR5668593XB, in force to 23 July 2027). We'll send you the certificate — it's clause 10 of the agreement, not a promise made on a website.
Vehicles are parked at their owner's risk. Your club accepts no liability for damage to, theft of or loss from any vehicle — that's written into the agreement, stated on the listing, and every driver has to accept it before they can book.
You keep your own insurance on the grounds as you do now, and each side tells its own insurer about the arrangement. It's a short call and worth making before you list.
Ten spaces at £5, opened two days a week, is around £4,400 a year to the club at 85% — for tarmac that was sitting empty. Small car parks near a busy destination often do better than big ones in the middle of nowhere, because what a driver is paying for is the walk.
Every booking carries a start and end time and the driver's registration, so you know whose car it is. If your site is gated, a car left behind is simply locked in overnight — and there's an overstay fee for that, which we collect and pass to you on the same 85% split. Davitt Park set theirs at £20.
Tell us and we'll deal with the driver directly. You shouldn't be chasing anyone, and we can block a driver from booking your site again. We don't clamp and we don't run enforcement — if that matters to your site, say so and we'll be honest about whether we're a fit.
The driver pays ParkEasy by card, in advance. Your 85% is paid weekly by bank transfer to the club's own account through Stripe — you set that up once, and it takes about ten minutes with your bank details and one committee member's ID. No cash is taken on site at any point.
Setting up is one conversation and one form. After that you get an email when a booking is made, telling you the date, the time and how many cars. If your site is gated, that email is your cue to make sure it's open.
You're not staffing anything, not taking money and not marshalling cars.
For each booking you get the vehicle registration and the date it's booked for — what you need to know whose car is in your car park, and nothing more. We hold the driver's own details and don't pass them on.
Yes, and honestly that's how we'd rather start. Put one matchday or one Saturday up, see how it goes, and decide after. There's nothing to cancel if you'd rather not continue.
No commitment — this just starts a conversation. Marty reads every one of these himself and comes back within a day or two.
It's one page. It covers what you're offering, the hours, the price, the 85% split and how either side ends it. Nothing is signed until you've read it and you're happy.

ParkEasy is ParkEasy Apps Ltd, company number NI742027, registered in Northern Ireland and run by Martin Rooney in Belfast. It's new — almost 500 members have signed up so far, and we're growing the number of car parks people can actually book. Being early means your site gets seen by everyone looking in your area.
Michael Davitt GAC and Belfast Royal Academy have both signed up already.
